Cancelling your appointment

• Open My appointments and tap Cancel. You can cancel any time before the appointment.
• BookMyDr does not charge any cancellation fee.
• If you cannot go, please cancel so another patient can use the time.

Changing the time

Cancel the old appointment and book a new time. If you need help, contact us or the clinic.

If the clinic cancels or changes the time

The clinic or BookMyDr will inform you. You can book another time or another doctor.

Payments and refunds

BookMyDr does not take payment for appointments at the moment. You pay the consultation fee at the clinic, so any refund is decided by the clinic.

Missed appointments

If you miss several appointments without cancelling, we may limit online booking for your account.
